~ Stated rates include lodging and a full gourmet breakfast. Lodging tax and sales tax will be added at check out.
~ Rates per night are for single or double occupancy. Regulations limit guestroom occupancy to a maximum of two persons.
~Check in is between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm unless advance arrangements have been made. Departure is by 11:00 a.m.
~ Smoking is permitted outside only.
~ Pets are not allowed.
~ Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate children under 12.
~Payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or cash.
~ Guarantee your reservations by credit card. Cancellations made less than three days prior to the reservation will be charged for one day’s reservation rate. Cancellation the day of arrival or a no-show will be charged for the entire reservation.

Tim and Julie Waters purchased their home in August of 2005. The house was destined to be shared with others, so the Waters’ dream of opening a bed and breakfast became a reality by opening the Miners Repose Bed & Breakfast.
Tim is a Rock Springs native who knows all the old haunts, as well as great fishing and hunting spots. He is an avid golfer, and would love to hit a round with you if his schedule permits! Tim also loves to cook, enjoys home projects, cycling, skiing and is a pretty good cribbage player! He works as a shift supervisor for a local trona mine, OCI Wyoming, where he has been employed for over 20 years.
Julie is a Rock Springs transplant, via Colorado. She is also a golfer, adores cooking, walking, skiing and staying active. Julie enjoys craft projects, painting any bare wall that is in front of her, movies and can sometimes beat Tim resoundingly at cribbage. She works part time at an elementary school in addition to running the bed & breakfast.
Tim and Julie are empty-nesters, with two children, Tim and Chelsea. Tim is a Lieutenant in the Navy, currently stationed in Oklahoma City where he is a naval aviator flying an E-6. Chelsea is a social studies teacher at the high school in Rock Springs. We are exceedingly proud of both children!
